Faria Wholefoods Chicken Breading is a dry, seasoned coating mix that gives chicken a crisp, flavourful crust when fried, baked or air-fried.

How to Use

• Coat chicken pieces evenly before cooking. For better adhesion, first dip in egg, milk or buttermilk.
• Press the breading on gently for an even coating.
• Fry, bake or air-fry until the chicken is fully cooked and the coating is crisp and golden. Make sure poultry reaches a safe internal temperature.
• Also suits vegetables, fish and other savoury foods.
