Chaga Mushroom Powder

Faria Wholefoods Chaga Mushroom Powder is a finely ground powder made from 100% chaga (Inonotus obliquus), a fungus found on birch trees in colder regions. Dark brown to black, with an earthy, woody and mildly bitter flavour, and a history of traditional use in Russia and Northern Europe.

How to Use

• Add to hot water to prepare a traditional chaga drink; steep or gently simmer, then strain if required.
• Add small amounts to coffee, cacao or other hot drinks.
• Blend into smoothies.
• Use small amounts. Avoid excessive or prolonged use, as a safe long-term intake has not been established.
