How to Use

• Sprinkle over lamb chops before grilling, frying or braaiing.
• Rub onto leg of lamb or shoulder before roasting.
• Add to lamb stews, curries and potjies, or onto lamb shanks before slow cooking.
• Mix with oil for a simple rub or marinade.
• Also suits beef, venison and vegetable dishes.
• Add gradually, as the blend may contain salt.
