I’ve used coconut sugar for 5+ years as I can’t consume regular sugar as it triggers inflammation in my joints and dry eye. This sugar has caused similar issues, so I bought the brand I previously used and had no such issues. This makes me think this product is not 100% coconut sugar. It’s also lighter in color and tastes very different from the brand I’m currently consuming.
The coconut sugar is great. We prefer coconut sugar over regular white refined sugar.
I just wish they would be packaged in resealable packaging.
